Do any of you add CoQ10 to your dog's diet? If so, do you use the human grade stuff and feed the entire capsule or do you squeeze the contents out?

Not anymore, but my old poodle used to get it. I fed the entire capsule.

I buy COQ10 in a bottle, no capsules. Either way you choose to give it is fine, though. If your dog will eat the capsules there is no real need to squeeze them out.

you can check iherb.com - just make sure you look at all the ingredients because some of them do have artificial sweeteners in them.

FYI: COQ10 has the ability to protect heart tissue from functional and structural changes. If your vet has diagnosed cardiac ischemia (a shortage of blood supply to the heart) or reperfusion (damage to heart tissue after ischemia) COQ10 will slow down the progression of heart disease as well as improving your dog's overall health.
