I agree with Lucille. Also, constant supervision is needed with puppys. If he has gone to this extent, I would say he needs more supervision. You might want to keep him confined to a puppy proof room or area if you are not able to keep your eyeballs on him. Giving a puppy full reign of the house without your supervision is asking for items to be chewed on and destroyed. He has no idea what is right or wrong. He just wants to chew. Make sure he has plenty of toys, bones etc to chew on.
