Just today I noticed little bumps on the top of my puppy's head. What could they be? They're not red, he doesn't itch at them, the hair is still covering them...they're about the size of the little ball on the tip of a pin...there's about a dozen of them at most and just by looking at him you can't tell that they're there...but by petting the top of his head you can feel the little bumps.
Possibly heat rash?
I remember my dalmatian used to have really sensitive skin and she got bumps like that after being out in the sun or heat for too long...I'll be taking him to the vet for shots hopefully this week anyway, but just wanted your thoughts on the bumps though.
