ive known a few people keep small potbellys in an apartment as a pet but they get BIG, id think as pets theyd do best in a home with a nice big garden, or on a farm type setting.
they are so very smart though and usually clean and not very destructive at all if kept properly stimulated.
but pigs always seem happier outdoors. my cousin had a vietnamese pottbelly, and he had a dog house and 1/2 acre to roll around in. he did alot of damage to the grass, but he knew more tricks than most dogs i know!
