Wow, that is incredible, SO scary! Thank God the boy took the dog out with him when he went to get some firewood.

AWESOME! Dogs and their love for us NEVER cease to amaze me :)

How appropriate her name is Angel :) I kept reading thinking the dog wouldn't survive.......thank God she is recovering!

Ollie was bothered about something about 5:15 this morning ~ he had barked and run to the window , but then came back growling and nudging me , which is very unusual . I grabbed my cell phone and went to check all the doors . He may have just had a dream , but I've often wondered what my dogs would do .

What a good dog. I've often had the impression most dogs would be more ready to protect a person from an animal attack than another person attacking. I'm glad Angel will recover.

OH MY GOSH! How frightening. That poor little boy will probably have nightmares for a while. What a wonderful dog. I'm so glad she will be okay.
