Activities during the day

My dogs get two longer walks a day as long as the weather is decent. Morning walk is between 25-30 minutes long, and their evening walk is typically 35-45 minutes long. Aside from those walks, they are taken out for probably 3-4 potty breaks that last about 5 minutes. My older dog is 9 and that's really all he needs. He's loose in the house all day and does what he wants lol.
I do additional fun activities with my 2 year old Amstaff. Usually 20 minutes a day of flirt pole, weight pull training, fetch, or obedience practice. He's typically crated for 6 hours a day while I'm at work, and then again at night for bed.
Whenever they are out loose in the house with us there's much cuddling and interaction. They're allowed everywhere in the house and are always involved in what we are doing.
On the weekends their activities vary widely because of hiking, weekend trips, dog shows for my Amstaff, and having friends over. They still typically get their walks and then some. They both love to ride in the car and run errands with us all year long, provided the weather is nice or someone can stay with them and run the heat or A/C.
The intensity of their activities has decreased a bit as I've gotten more pregnant, since I am their primary handler/exercise provider.

I've been so lazy lately with dog activities. I used to be so adamant that I HAD to do *something* at least a few days a week with Jax. We'd do park trips, pet store trips, hikes, regular walks, whatever it was. Honestly ever since my parents got Lola and he has a friend, it's made me lazier because they play a lot inside and run up and down the hallways, etc, and I take them out on the long lines on our 4 unfenced acres and throw the ball around a bit, but I've become way less regimented about it.
I feel like it was because he used to NEED it more and would drive me crazyyy. Now that he's 7, he's still active when I want/need him to be, but he's a lot more apt to just chill out for longer periods of time than he ever used to when he was younger so some days he really gets no exercise at all besides potty breaks and playing inside.
Don't get me wrong, he still gets to do stuff. It's just not like a "must do" thing anymore, it's kind of just a when I can or when I feel like it thing.

The dogs get at least 1 walk a day. Sometimes it's off leash, sometimes around a suburban neighborhood, sometimes heavy on the training, sometimes not.
I also take Louis with me somewhere very public about once a week. Either to Rona, or downtown shopping, or something.
I'm usually taking a formal training class with him 1 evening a week.
I train every day with him, sometimes a couple 5 minute sessions, sometimes a little more.
I'm now doing the Fenzi Shaping class with him, and we're starting an in person Rally-O class next week that will be once a week.
I'm home all day, and spend much of the day talking to him. Chloe, the old gal, prefers if I shut up and let her sleep. LOL!

Sam doesn't play with me but I'll do several five or ten minute wrestle sessions with Wilson because, why not? I also try to do 20 minutes or so of trick training spread throughout the day but I'm kind of inconsistent with that.
Throughout the week we'll usually do at least one hike, a couple trips to the dog park. Wilson goes to agility practice twice a week. Sam used to go once a week but now since his shoulder is bad we don't go anymore. I'm trying to get him into a nosework class since I think he'd like that.

Depends on the day. When i work my 11 hour shifts? They entertain themselves. Sawyer gets food dispensing toys for his meals and after that it's up to him to play with his toys.

Well, my dogs have a choice of being out or in the basement when I'm at work. We have a couple of acres fenced for the dogs around the house (which is 200 feet from the road), so they can play, hunt (Michaela's favorite activity - there's a chipmunk near the house with her name on it) or chill in the beds on the covered porch or in the basement.
When I get home and after the horses are fed, there's crazy stripey dog wrestling/chasing/racing for a good half hour while I sit on the porch and fuss over Murphy. He'll play with Riley and Michaela a little, but at 12 yrs old, he can't keep up, so he's willing to sit on the porch to be brushed and cuddled.
I usually have somebody in a class during the week (Riley is in beginning Nosework right now) and Michaela has barn hunt practice on the weekends. Will be going to a barn hunt in mid Nov., and I just heard there's a lure coursing fun run coming up Nov. 1st, so Riley will go to that.
If it ever cools off enough, we'll get back to scootering on the weekends, too.

What are Fenzi Shaping and Rally-O classes? Thats a good idea to spread the training sessions to more but shorter periods

I usually do 3-4 10-minute flirt pole sessions with Sisci, and a few 5-10 minute training sessions with her and Brisbane most days. They never seem to get tired of training though, so at least once a week we'll do a marathon 2-3 hour session where they take turns and we switch activities every few minutes until I make them stop.
Once a week we have a 45-minute herding lesson split between the two dogs, usually followed by 2-3 hours of practice because it's free and sheep are the best dog toy ever. I just started a baby agility class with Sisci, and would like to take a rally-o class with Briz if someone ever decides to teach one in town.
We used to do daily hikes and beach walks, but it has been super hot for months so the trails are 90+ degrees and the beaches are really crowded. Sometimes we get out in the early mornings when it's only in the mid-70's. The forecast is for hot weather until Christmas and I'm seriously considering moving somewhere with ****ing seasons.

The active time I spend with the dogs depends on the day. If I work 10+ hours or have social events after work, it might just be a few minutes. On those days I make an effort to feed them their dinner by hand or play ball or tug with them one on one. Sometimes I come home and crash though and spend zero quality time with them, other than forcing them to cuddle on the couch. Other days, I might actively spend 4-5 hours doing things with them - walks, tricks, agility, flirt pole, disc, etc. Days off of work are mostly devoted to dogs and actively engaging with them. On Mondays both boys go to agility class and on Wednesday we have a friend over to do agility in the yard with my two and her dog.

Bailey pretty much goes everywhere with me. It often means she's in her car crate while I'm at work, a friends house, or a wedding (this weekend, hah). She can't hold her urine for more than 5-6 hours during the day so, this works for us.
I train Gabby to some degree at least 6/7 days a week. I don't walk her as much as I'd like because I end up actively training instead. So we practice go outs for exercise sometimes.
Diego is still on leash walks and essentially crate rest and he isn't enjoying training right now.
