It's just impossible to look at that face without fighting tears. She's not only beautiful, there's a wealth of sweetness, understanding and uncanny wisdom in those eyes. I'm so sorry you lost her after such a short time, but aren't you glad you had that time, however short it had to be.

Your intuition is right on target. She was all that and more. When I looked into her eyes I saw a precious wise soul. She was my angel here on earth too. She found a lump, with her paw that was later diagnosed as stage 2 breast cancer. She was right by side during a very difficult time. She helped me fight c. and I helped her fight her c. She was a fighter! I miss her so much. She was my heart.
