Charlie loves stuffed animals. He really connected with this stuffed doggie but we had to throw it out because he ripped it open. :-(

Charlie eats Iams puppy chow but his favorite food is STEAK!!

He and I love to walk around the block.

Arrival Story:
My family had decided that we wanted to get a purebred Golden Retriever. One Sunday, we had made appointments all day to go look at Golden Retriever puppies when we looked in the newspaper and saw Basset Hound puppies that were like 1 mile away from us. I had only seen Basset Hounds in pictures so we went to see them. We fell in love with Charlie and he came home with us. So much for a Golden Retriever. LOL!
Bio:
Charlie loves people and other dogs. He gets so excited when people or other dogs pay attention to him that he pees all over the place. he is the best dog I have ever had and I wouldn't trade him for anything. I love him dearly. :-D
