If I can find it on anywhere. I'm staying at my grandmother's tonight, and her cable isn't that great.

My breeder has three dogs that she's bred there, I really wanted to see them!

Just about broke my neck getting to the motel from our agility trial, but I am here, showered, and the dogs and I are watching!

While I get the reasoning from a spectator standpoint of how they moved dogs into the finals, it's also kind of a bummer. These aren't the best of the best, and some more deserving dogs didn't make it through.

Aww man, Chase missed that jump and tunnel. Was really rooting for him. (He's Mia's half uncle)

Papillons represent!

Sparkle is Mia's half aunt.

EZ is crazy. He was my favorite at nationals.

The paps were fantastic!

The mini-Schnauzer coming up is at a ton of trials around here. He should be fun to watch. And I think the top 12" qualifier is a tiny Sheltie from this region as well, and is usually a superstar.

Since I don't know anything really about agility or keep up with it, can you tell me how they moved the dogs up into the finals?

They wanted a variety of dogs, so rather than just moving the top 10 dogs up, there can't be more than 3 dogs of any breed in the finals (so if the top 10 20" dogs are all Border Collies, only 3 move up and then the first dog that isn't a BC moves up), and they are requiring one mixed breed in each height. So a judge from New England was the #4 Border Collie in his height - but didn't make the finals, and other dogs who did not do so well did move up.

Fun from a spectating standpoint, but not really the "top" dogs.

Out of the four paps one was Mia's aunt, one was her uncle and one was her brother. Weird.
