When you wake up and the second thing you think is that you NEED CAFFEINE! (the first is, of course, that I'm going to kill Frodo, because he's standing on me and woofling in my face)
And then on my drive to work I'm thinking about whether I want Red Bull or Mountain Dew for lunch. And if it's a big shipment day, just how many Red Bulls I can consume before I start to get the shakes. At that point, something is wrong
