Psh, we're moving to an 800 or less ft place with 4. (no one said it will be fun lol)
Yeesh I thought 600ft² with two was bad lol. And that didn't include The Cheeseface, who seems to fill a room somehow.

I'm seriously hoping someone reads this that thinks they might want to do it because I just tentatively put my name down for a puppy. The dam will be going into season soonish so it'll be in min 4 months.

Sooner than I wanted but it's my favorite female, a male that I adore and I seriously don't know if my breeder is going to be able to continue much longer.

So BabyBlue, you need to respond to my PM!!

If you're comfortable sharing, how much it is to import one vs. two? Is the theory that they would both be shipped to the same place and then some sort of transport worked out? I wish I was in a place where I could have dogs, I would do it in a heartbeat.

The dogs themselves are 400 AUD. Shipping when I did it was 1800 USD (conversion rates change and so do prices). And yes, the idea is to split shipping. Ideally it would be best if the people were near to eachother. But just getting them to the US and then being shipped from there would be cheaper

Usually you're shipping two puppies in one crate for one price. There isn't really a discount I'm aware of for shipping groups of dogs.
I think she was just saying that way if I can't find anyone that wants a Koolie I can find someone else who wants to bring a different kind of dog in and we go about splitting shipping

I SO wish I was able to do this now :( I'm even fairly close (12 hours) so travel oncein the US wouldn't be that bad. But sadly, it'll be a few years :(

NO KIDDING! Though in all reality, I might not be really ready until a second litter, if there is one :(

TJ and I are moving to FL in April, hmmm.
If I KNEW for sure we'd have the money then, then I'd say SIGN ME UP! But I can't say with 100% that we will.

Ok I am slightly confused though, are you asking someone to split the shipping cost of *your* puppy and they not get nothing out of it? Or are you asking someone to split shipping with you cause you are having 2 puppies sent over?

That wasn't meant to sound snotty, so don't take it as that :)

She wants someone to who wants a puppy right now to split shipping costs. TWO puppies will be sent over, one for her, and one for whomever.

Yep!

What I need to do (or if anyone knows) is find out how many puppies to a crate. When Emily had Keeva come up from Texas only two were allowed in the crate but I don't know if that's just because of the airline and if they all have different rules
