Libbi is kinda shy, but sweet. She warmed up to me pretty quick and let me rub her neck. She liked that.
And Poochie, the pit bull! He was pulled from Abingdon County when his time went up. He was an owner-surrender (no reason found on his paperwork). Poochie was shy and a bit hesitant, probably because this was his first weekend at FOHA and it can be overwhelming for new dogs. He currently likes other dogs, and sits real well on command.
And we introduced Opie to my dog Daisy on Sunday. He was a little unsure at first, but he calmed down and I think he likes her. We didn't let them offleash in the play area yet, we are taking it slow with Opie. We walked him and Daisy around the trails, and he did nicely.
Here we see Daisy and Opie sitting nicely for treats.
Bax, having an idea of what's behind that face makes it that much worse to see him waiting for someone to love him for always. That's what a Fila lives for.
He's GORGEOUS!!!!!
I love his nose and his eyes.
I could whip that guy into shape.
MAN!
If I didn't know that Ella would DESTROY him and give me a life time FULL of stinkfaces and hate, I'd take that boy in a heartbeat.
Oh he's just precious.
