recipe for doggie birthday cake

Well Teddy's birthday is coming up and i would like ot make him a cake. I don't know any recipes for one. can anyone help?

Recipe for K-9 Birthday Cake


Ingredients:

1 cup white or whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey (optional)
1 egg


Mix the dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix quickly. Bake in a greased ring mold at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. You may frost this cake with low fat cottage cheese and decorate with some carrot pieces. Store in the refrigerator. (Dogs will eat this without the honey added)

I found this on a website. You may get better suggestions and recipes but I have made this cake for my dogs and they liked it ok (although I don't really know how to bake so it's surprising that they even ate it).

woohoo these are great there will only be a couple of doggies at his birthday because he doesn't kow many doggies in canada lol but I am sure they will love the cake

ooh teddy is so lucky Oakley didnt have any friends at his bday

but his cake is in the freezer...waiting for him when he gets back :tear:, so he gets to eat the WHOLE thing, lol
