You guys are going to get sick of Ella pics

These aren't the best pics because I'm still trying to figure the camera out. I cannot seem to lower my apeture below f 5.2-5.6. I'm not sure why.
Anyway, here are some pics and a lot of them are VERY similar.

I LOVE my new camera.

The reason you can't lower the apeture any further is because the lenses you have won't allow for it. Mine won't go down past 4...need more expensive lenses to get lower A numbers.

I had JUST picked up my manual and found out that I cannot adjust apeture too much with certain lenses. ACK.

Now, what lenses will allow for me to do this? Do you know?

Thank you!!! Instead of making a new thread, I'm just going to post some more pics. I'm just messing with the camera and trying different settings, shutter speeds, ISO settings, etc.

Now, with these I turned the ISO up to HIFI. They're too bright, which kind of sucks because they would've made adorable pictures.

Now, with this next one, and the others after, I put the ISO on 400, which seemed perfect, imo.

You might be able to adjust some of them in Photoshop and see if you can get the colours fixed up. =>
But I won't get sick of Ella pics either!!

Well, I probably could mess around with the really bright ones in gimp, and maybe I will later, but I think I have enough pics of Ella that I love right now and plus, I'm too lazy.:lol-sign:

Oh, and I meant ISO on setting "Hi1" not "HIFI". D'oh.
