Where does your dog stay?

Violet your golden is gorgeous I would never trust mine so close to cables though, he would just end up pulling everything by mistake, lol.

Mine are inside/outside dogs I guess. They are inside most of the time (when we're away, at night etc) but during the day they probably spend 3-4 hours outside when someone is home (although they tend to bark a lot so I let them back in when they do).

mine are inside with me during the day. if it's warm, by 8 in the evening Addie can't stand to be in here another minute so I have no problem putting her outside to sleep. they have a large fenced yard and dog houses. she has never wanted to sleep indoors, and isn't comfortable when the temps go over 50 degrees. Ham loves to sleep indoors during the day, but paces all night long.....he goes out if he won't relax because I am a bear without sleep. having them in during cold weather is trying at best, but we do it to keep them warm, but they still go outside for doggie time in the morning while I do my chores...then back in they come. IF Ham decides to let me sleep, he's welcome in here any time. they slept outside last night because it was warm. we're right here, it's not like anything is going to attack them as I'm up in a heartbeat if they are barking. I know alot of people don't believe in dogs going outside, but I believe in what makes all happy and don't have a problem with it whatsoever.

Charlie is outside most of the day but he always sleeps in the house at night! Either in his crate, or on my bed.

I live in an apartment so Mojo doesnt' have a lot of land to roam. So instead, Mojo stays in his crate when I'm out of the house - this is also where his food and water bowls are kept. At night, Mojo sleeps with me either in my bed or on the couch.

When bf first started to date me, he was scared of all dogs. He was absolutely dismayed to find out that Mojo got to sleep on the bed with us. I wasn't going to change for him so he learned to "put up with it." (I had told him from the get go that if he couldn't learn to get along with Mojo then we would be breaking up.)

Now 8 months later, my bf has admitted that when he is alone with Mojo in the apartment he will invite Mojo up onto the couch or bed and cuddle with him there.

Rocky's in a crate when we're gone. But he's inside all the time after that.
