... a couple of months ago. Of course she was pregnant. The ones that are dumped always seem to be. Anyway, of course we took her in, because we have sucker stamped on our foreheads. Now we instructed her to make sure and have ugly kittens because the last thing we need is more cats. We already had nine before her, ranging from 2 years to 18 years all spayed or nuetered.

Now did she listen when we told her to have ugly kittens? (is there such a thing) no she did not. She went and did this...

Looks like she made it with more than one cat too. Else where on earth would that little Siamese type kitty come from in mix with black cats? That slut!

Incidentally, I LOVE black cats.

Yes she is a black and white tuxedo kitty. And no, she did not follow instructions. Not only did she make adorable kittens, but she just have to go and have ones with really great personalities, not a bland one in the bunch.

Actually the first little siamese pictured is already spoken for (yeah just what I need, another nueter bill,LOL) and his name is Smudge. Named for the smudge of white right between his eyes.

of course mamma cat (who ended up with the name Smidget) is going in to get spayed in a couple more weeks, once the kittens are old enough to wean.whoever dumped her may not have cared to take care of that detail, but she will have no more kittens with us. She can retire from motherhood and get busy being a fat lazy bones, like all of the other cats around here.

I really need to find that sign(I know its there even if I can't see it) that says 'Come here and we will feed you and take care of you', and get rid of it LOL.

BTW, here is another one of our rescues, as you can see, they know a good home when they see one. This is Kiara

Beautiful well cared for cat! Kudos! I had four cats till last week. Lost my 18 year old. So there are three cats and a nervous Collie. lol. I work with rescue too so the number can go up pretty easily.

Yup that's what a tuxie is. A black and white kitty. I figured she had to be tuxie to have greys and blacks. But there's indication here that she had more than one lover with the white in the mix, not to mention the oddly present siamese. lol.

Well we would have grounded her, but she is such a sweet kitty and a wonderful mother, that we just gave up,LOL.

Yes there was definitly more than one tom involved.

Its funny how things in life can lead to others. If this little cat hadn't been dumped on us, then she wouldn't have went missing for a few days, and we wouldn't have went down to our poor excuse of a city pound to look for her and we wouldn't have found and subsquently rescued Molly.

I don't work with a rescue, apperantly I AM the rescue around here. Everybody knows that we will take in animals and if we can't keep them, that we will make sure they are spayed or nuetered and rehomed. My neighbors even brought a baby bird to us once. It was a fledgling that had fallen from its nest. It stayed with us until it grew in its big bird feathers and then we let it loose.

We were given a baby goat that was born with its front legs retracted. After several months of stretching its legs and keeping creative homemade braces on its legs, it was running around almost completely normal. She was an Alpine goat, and since we only keep Nubians, we rehomed her and she is the spoiled little baby of a lady in the county north of us.

We were given a 28 year old horse that had no teeth and had been left in a pasture to starve. She came to us a walking skeleton and covered in rain rot. We got her back up to weight and her skin cleared up and she spent the last two years of her life with us, getting warm mashes twice a day and as much hay as she wanted to gum.

We don't go looking for them, they come to us,LOL.
