Where would you like your next dog to come from?

I want an OTCh. I have the drive and desire, I want a dog to match that. I want a toller from a breeder next, but I want to foster tailed spaniels! :)

However, there's a litter of munsterlanders coming up soon that I am going to agonize over not getting a puppy from! Ah well, my time will come for a puppy!

It's currently looking like my first dog will be a mini aussie from a breeder :) I'd like to do foster work though as well and I may end up fostering a couple dogs before I get my pup depending on when I find a job after I graduate/when there's a litter on the ground.

Unsure. Breeder is likely unless a dog comes through the border collie rescue I am starting to volunteer with that I really like.

Most likely a rescue.
Eventually I will be going to a breeder, because I would like to do some handling in the ring with my own dog.

I am at my max (five!) so won't be getting another dog anytime in the next few years...lol. But it will be a puppy from a breeder. Most likely a Kelpie or a Border Collie. Or maybe a Flatcoat. I have a few years to agonize over it. lol

I don't really have a preference between rescue or breeder dog except that it's hard to find exactly what I want in rescue. Then again it's hard to find exactly what I want from a breeder.

Next dog will likely be a Mirapup, depending on what all happens there, or a BC. If a BC then probably one from a breeder, going through a friend whose dogs I really like.

If I could figure out a way to make it work a Koolie would be right up in there but I just love the challenge of competition and for my current location/situation that means AKC.

Oh I forgot breed. If I get a breeder dog it will most likely be a border collie. Possibly a pyr shep or another herding type dog.

If I get a rescue it will be a border collie most definitely.

I am pretty certain it will be a breeder, unless I decide there is no way I want to deal with a puppy. Which is entirely possible because I'm not getting another dog until I'm living by myself and working FT, so crazypuppy might be a nightmare.

But I keep telling myself it will be a breeder puppy.

I'm on the list for an already planned litter from Steve's breeder.

After that, I'm not sure.

Myself... (so breeder)

As long as Seren passes health tests etc I want to do a test breeding next fall.

If I wanted another whippet it would be likely one of Dash's as he has a girl friend lined up for 2013.
