I'd have to take the test many times, I guess. I like small dogs and big dogs, laid back dogs and perky dogs. I like masculine dogs and foo foo dogs. I like protective dogs and non-protective dogs, highly intelligent dogs and average intelligent dogs. LOL. No wonder I always end up with multiple dogs of a variety of breeds.....shapes, sizes, temperaments. Good heavens! I guess the only common denominater would be that I'm not into grooming and I'm a neat freak, so I like short coated dogs.

english bulldog was my first choice. No real desires for one, but I do like most dogs. Basset hound was my 3rd. My husband and I like them and were considering getting one but my first choices would be dobermans or labs (grew up around them) followed by maybe a german sheapard. Lab was 9 on my list. The others didnt even make it. Alot on my list are dogs I dont so much care for.....interesting.

Right now I have a lab and a husky/collie mix. Labs were on the list in the top section and collies were in the middle (no husky though). Standard poodles were #1 and we are probably going to get one, so maybe I should take that as a sign.

The best breed search engine I have seen is the k9 one (http://www.k9country.com/perl/dogBreed.pl). It asks LOTS of questions and seems really accurate.
