For those of you who haven't read in the "Miley is missing" thread I put up more posters today in a sad state praying that it would work to cover more ground. I put them everywhere. Grocery stores, pet stores, the library and two at vet offices in the surrounding area that are a bit farther from where we live. One called me. They've had Miley for the entire time she was missing. She was lost at 10-10:30pm and she arrived there at 11pm. She was given to them because they are open 24/7. I have no idea why they didn't call me sooner seeing as she has her ID on and everything but goodness me I don't care. I have my dog. That's all that matters.

By the sounds of it where she was found she was heading home. I live only a few blocks away from where my friend lost her. You have to walk through an alley and cross a busy street before you are at my house. She was walking down the alley.

She is a bit slow and doesn't look both ways before she crosses the street. Had she not gotten picked up I could have gone and picked up a Miley pancake.

I wasn't too optimistic but was trying to keep my hopes up. I was sitting around in the depths of dispair wondering about what had happened to my baby and the phone call came.... and oh god. I had to ask them to repeat themselves a few times so I understood what they were saying.

I'm so happy to know that the entire time my baby was safe, cared for, well fed, watered and even got to go out on walks. I know them and she was certainly treated like the little wonder she is.

Thank-you everyone for being here for me. I woudl have gone insane had I not had the support and the understanding. People were telling me to just go get a new dog. A NEW DOG? I couldn't find another Miley if I lived a thousand years.
