These are a few of my clients dogs this weekend. I was looking at their photos and wanted to "share the joy". I really love my job, here are just a few reasons why.

Miikka - a beautiful blue Dane (proofing and show work)

Miikka's brother Harley - distance, duration and distraction work

The two handsome and very loveable boys together

A little smooth coat Brussels Griffon pup named Mash....she just sneezed and has little drops on her face

One more of mash - such a pretty little girl..

Two of my three new puppy classes from today in one group shot.

Aww, they are all gorgeous dogs! :D No wonder you like it so much. :p

Angel is just....stunning. What breed is she? If it's what I am thinking, I have never seen one in a blue merle!

I don't even think I'm going to get to have a puppy class this month after all. It starts in two weeks and I have maybe one person signed up? I have to have at least two for the class to get approval.

What are you doing for advertising? I could help you with some very inexpensive ideas.:)

Word of mouth mainly...I have referral cards to hand out. Remember, it's a corporate-run company, I'm kind of limited. What needs to happen is the people at that resort need to get better at upselling/suggestive selling. The classes at my resort are usually pretty full because we're always putting the idea in people's minds.

Does your place have Vet clinic support? If you do, ask them if you can put a training brochure in each puppy pack. Most clinics give puppy packs out at a pups first visit....kind of like the welcome wagon.:D

If you can establish a relationship with local clinics...you're problem will become too many dogs and not enough spots.;)

I train all clinic staff at no charge for 8 different Vet offices now. It's the cheapest and best kind of advertising. Allowing them to attend your classes or in my case, classes and private training at no charge lets them see what you can do and how effective your training is.
