He was a pitiful looking homely baby so I do agree with you there. Huck was he star of the litter for handsome newborns.. Thank you Bax.

WE HAVE NORMALCY! WOOT! That Petco lady who's name i am going to find out and write a letter of great appreciation for all her attention and wisdom. She fixed my kitten. THe soaked food in ped was exactly what he needed along with the paste. Hooray. One big worry off of my mind.

Ressie says ahh Gapeach, I was not homely.

I was inwardly shining.
Now I shine out.

IF a person ever wanted to do a color study of sunlight on white, that photo would be a challenge.

I would never tell on you.:)
He kind of looked like a gremlin and now he looks like an angel.

THat's because he breathed in the breath of one.

I will really never know, no one has given me a reason for why his pigment would do what it has done.

So far so good. If a couple weeks go by and things remain the same as they are now I will do a happy dance.

My mind is tentatively greatly relieved.

OH is he ever feeling better. Oh is he ever in trouble. Big trouble, but that story will come later.
I will start this day off right and not dwell on what cannot be changed. I will just do it again.

IN the meantime..I get to see this so I will be grateful for yet another dawn.

I love this bird. Glad he is back. He was in Canada saying Hello to Saje.
Or at least he told me he would tell her Hey from Smkie.

I put food out 3 times a day. I ran out, my Mom is responsible for this bag and I call her and say "the birds say thank you Marjorie, we are so happy you did this" and tell her about what she can no longer see. I wish she REssie needs to go out on his leash, he needs to climb trees and be an explorer. I think he is a bit of the cabin fever too from this cold spell.

THat is the favorite of Patrick, the little 2 yr old that lived on the other side of the buidling. he would come over and watch the birds like no other child has. WHen he saw 'clumsy' he would laugh. Clumsy fell off a lot before he perfected his landing on the feeder.
i miss him when he is gone for the summer

flat Belly, big kitten.
i took him off the paste, and it might be a wee bit soon so we will just decrease the dosage. Still, no bad smell, no runs, no blood. No gas.

He broke something I made for a gift, and I don't even have the heart to say what until I make it again. WHich I have started. Not only did he go across my desk, and make a jump for the shelf 4 ft up, but he tried to do it again which means that there is that much more shoved in my bedroom before he takes out the whole tea set I am working on. He was laying on the floor kicking the pieces around. :(:(:(

Every animal comes with it's own set of damage, I know that. It's a good thing I love the feather canyon kitten as much as I do. Not having a gassy belly has added loft to his leaps.

Oh dear!
I know what you mean about damages...we have several holes throughout the house from different pets. Zoey has put several tiny claw marks in our leather couch.:yikes: I'm thinking we better invest in a couch cover soon.

Hyia learned today that reigndeer antler headband complete with jingle bells scares Ressie. THe shop vac (old, large, and loud) does not. Not even when I vacuum the mason stain out of his tail and his mane that he spilled while getting where he was not suppose to be.

He did not learn a thing. Nor did he care.
He is a bull in my china shop.

I learned that a lot of stuff needs to be moved and hopefully after he is fixed a and a little bigger he won't be so prone to think he can make 4 ft leaps up the side of a wall like a billy goat.

His gut also feels a bit puffy to me today.:(

He is almost 5 months old. Catching up with SAncho fast.
Sancho may have the greater mane, but REssie has the longer tail.

Ressie thinks he has a mane and looks all grown up. This makes Sancho snicker. He has a lion's mane, Ressie does not. I wonder however if he is going to get one. he is well on his way.

hard to believe this was only a couple months ago.
