I cook mostly by scratch unless it's something like a pizza or when I go out. It's usually fairly plain food...veggie, green salad with lots of vegetables in it, and meat most of the time. Once in a while potatoes, pasta. I switch from red meat (love steak) to chicken, pork. And try to have salmon about 2-3 times a week. Sometimes I'll have a yam as my entire meal. They're so good.
