Favs...

Merles/Dapples
Brindle
Blues
White in certain dogs
Black and tans
Black with white chest
Reds

Least...
I'll have to say is all black, its hard to get expressions sometimes from their eyes in some black dogs. Even the ones with the black masked face too. But I do love black dogs, its just as for picking out a black dog it wouldn't be top on my list, sorry. I don't view them as dangerous or anything like that, but I do see why they are least likely to get adopted out in shetlers, which is sad. Would I own one? Sure, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but I don't always go OMG that dog has such a beautiful coat when I see a black dog. I might say that's a beautiful dog or something along its feature, but as for the color, not really.

Goldens, yellows, greys, and browns don't pop out for me either.

My favorite, of all, is probably bi blue merle. That means, blue merle, with no tan points. : )

My least favorite is probably gold/yellow. It's just not my thang. Black can be really stunning, my only dislike about it is that it's really hard to photograph and see expressions.

Black, or any form of black is my favorite. I like brindles, too.

I'm not a big fan of white. Its harder to keep clean looking.

Brindle was always my least favorite color, and the only one I really didn't want my dog to have. I've changed my opinion;).

I can't really think of any color that I haven't found stunning on one dog or another.

Brindle (obviously since all of my dogs have been brindle), Merle (that's what my new boy is), and solid Black (one day I'll have an all black Greyhound . . . GORGEOUS).

Can't think of any colors I don't like . . .

I think it depends on the individual dog... BUT that being said, I'm a sucker for blue merle. I also love Sierra's colouring (of course), but I've never been drawn to red ticking on any other dog.

I like dogs that look a bit more unique, so I guess my "least favourite" colours would be those with little room for variation. Black, brown, yellow.

Like I said though, it depends more on the individual dog, their breed and features.

See, I'm a sucker for deep, righ browns and reds.

What I like the least is breed-specific. In breeds that have varying degrees of color, I dislike it when a dog has washed out, light color - and it makes me sad that many breeds being shown get lighter and lighter. more and more washed out as time goes by. "Popular" corgis are almost completely a light cream color with extensive cream masking on the face, "popular english setters are nearly pure white.

Which sadly is part of the reason why I'll probably never own a corgi from show lines - I haven't seen rich color, well defined markings, or smutty faces in show corgis for a long time - the ones I have seen have been few and far between.

But IMO it's a personal preference. It's probably a carryover from Dobermans - where I want clear, defined markings that are dark and rich... ;)

Love me a merle, and a rich golden.

Don't like white.... (go figure I end up with a white breed and an almost all white horse.)

Hmm.

I've always liked a rich red and white rough coat on a Border Collie. Or a traditionally marked deep black and white rough coat.

I like browns on some dogs (like Newfies). I also like, Blue Merles and Goldens.

Mainly, I like black and whites.

Reds. Dark Irish Setter type red dogs are my favorite. Or red and white...

Or a red and white beezer.

I'm also a sucker for a pretty mahogany sable like Trey.

I just like Sable and white as well. (I have 5 sable dogs, and have had 7 total)

Black is pretty until you have to photograph it. Rose is so hard to photograph because her face is so dark.

Actually, solid white is my least favorite.

Many things, though, are breed specific. In breeds like shelties and paps, I always like the sables (even if the ears on paps aren't as good). Border Collies, I like the black and white. Poodles- black. Labs- black... Huskies- reds... Dobes- black and tan... just depends really.

Merle is really iffy for me. Depends on the markings.

I don't really care for light sandy colors, but a nice gold is gorgeous as well.

Truth be told, I really am not a fan of Summer's color, but she makes up for it. xD

Oh I also forgot.

I'm a markings person. I'm not a big fan of a solid colored dog.

I love breeds where the markings are all different and every individual is marked different.

Piebalds, Irish spotting, white trim, etc. Blazes and ticking... bald faces... just white markings in general.

I love weird markings too. I love Rose's spotted feet and Beau's ticked nose and crooked blaze. summer's blaze is also crooked. Nik has an incomplete crooked white collar around her neck. Trey has just a little bit of white on his back feet and full white front legs which I think is cool. And of course Rose's raccoon mask and half white/half black nose.

I have always liked dark brindles, especially in Scotties, because that is what i grew up with. This tricolor arrangement I have going on at my house ( both dogs and both guinea pigs) is starting to grow on me, though.

I'm a sucker for a black and white dog, especially in Border Collies.
I also love solid black, though as many have already mentioned, it's hard to photograph.
Brindle is attractive to me, too, especially with lighter colors with the black. I saw a brindle Sloughi once that I just was goggling over.
I find deep, rich reds like an Irish Setter gorgeous as well, which I also love in Pharaoh Hounds.
There are really too many colors I like. I don't think there are any I don't like.

it really depends on the breed.

i love red pit bulls, dobes, and border collies, but don't like red poodles at all for example (give me a white or black standard poodle any day, please).

i'm not really a fan of yellow/gold/tan, generally speaking.

i don't like tri border collies, but love tri pit bulls.

brindle generally makes me happy.

there is no rhyme nor reason to it, no.

I don't think there is anything I don't like.

I obviously like black and white. Love merle. Fawn is nice.

I keep dreaming of what my great dane will be... but who knows. ;)

I do really like markings of some sort, that's not to say that I don't find my Bella Baby and all her fawness just as gorgeous though. :D

I'm a sucker for a nice rich fawn/red with a deep dark black mask. (danes, filas, bloodhounds, rhodesian ridgebacks, etc)

I also love a nicely marked harlequin and especially love some of the mismarks that occur in harle breedings.
