Photoshop is fantastic for making sigs but a steep learning curve just for that. I would suggest something much cheaper like Paint shop pro or maybe even ask someone who is good with photoshop... Most of the time they will make it for free.

I have a 100lbs Dalmatian that is old and grumpy. Every now and then she gets on to the Chihuahuas in the house but she never bites them... more like a nip. I thinks it OK to mix the large breed with the small ones...
