Banners in signatures?

Hello I am one of the owners of talkpaws.com a new online news portal. I also run two very large forums with 40,000 + members we have a very strict rule about spamming. I wanted to make sure it was ok to run my banner to talkpaws in my signature? I allow it on talkpaws and my other sites but I dont allow people to pop in make one post telling my members to join there site.

Sure you can have it. And you can talk about your site in the dog sites forum but you can't pm members to join or try to get them to join on regular threads.
