I'm actually going to the shelter in the morning. I plan to take pictures of the dogs and let them know what I am going to do.

*sigh*

I hope I don't come home with another dog...

As far as approved toys or other things.. you may wish to speak to the folks at your shelter.

So far I have two 40# bags of food... and a huge amount of treats. lol.

Great idea Tucker!

I already put together baskets for the 4 rescues that I work with but I'll take some photos of them when they're all done.

I went today to gather all of the goodies for them today....here they are but they'll look much better in baskets

I'm going to try and be in, but I haven't even shopped for my family yet. I would like to though, since I've gotten two dogs from the same shelter this year.

I just ordered these from amazon...i was just looking for things that i could get free shipping on, lol, and things that were good quality. I plan on getting some more when i go shopping...i cant spend too much though seeing as i dont have a job!!!

I was thinking of getting some fleece blankets from old navy since there's such an overflow of cats that they're all living in one giant room together.

Also, some kongs, nylabones, treats, food, and maybe some booda bones..

ooh the blankets are a really good idea! The petco i was gonna go to is right next to old navy too!!
