I've thought about asking this question, if you died twm or if something happened to you? Who is the one to look after your dogs? If something happened to me, my dog will be taking care of by my sister for sure!

My neighbor has a Shepherd/Akita mix that is always kept outside! I notice he lives in this crappy wooden dog house that they made for the dog. It is always outside even though it is HOT & HUMID outside, I've never see them giving the dog fresh water or food I took a picture between the gap...

Sometimes when I walk Johnnie I'll encountered a loose dog sometimes I forget to prepare myself, and I scream b/c I was startle b/c that dog came from nowhere. And the owners does not apologize whatsoever Ugh What do you do to handle the situation?
