Lynn, I completely agree. Sports cannot be compared to real life. Just because a dog bites a sleeve doesnt mean he will bite without the equiptment, doesnt mean he will take vicious hits and kicks, and still fight. Schutzhund means nothing to me when it comes to PP work. To me it comes down to breeding and genetics. Some dogs will have the genetic makeup to do sch and still be able to protect in real life. Most cant.
