I grew up with a boxer and she was a fantastic dog. Though very stubborn and very hyper she was my gaurdian angel and fought off two dogs ( a golden and doberman) that rushed us while I was walking her when 13. She was great with our cats and brought warmth to my home in it's darkest hours. She was dignosed with lymph noid cancer one year ago last month which was deemed untreatable and she passed a few weeks later at 12 years old.
In addition for a period of 4 months I cared for my cousin's two year old boxer, Tyron (american lines) and was met by the same stubborn but loyal boxer personlity, though much more hyper then I remember Diamond being, but than again my cousin has the let dogs be dogs ( which transilates to roughly noo training).
