What kind of dogs are these

Okay I may have asked about them before but didn't have a decent picture.


The predominantly black dog was "supposedly a Lab" I say supposedly a lab. Her Mom was a Purebred Black Lab and the supposed father was a lab but they don't believe he was the father.

So she is about 40 pounds.


The other one they were told was a Chocolate lab but they don't believe she is pure either.


What are your opinions on these two dogs?

The breeds really don't matter to any of us. We love them all just the same. They are both about 12 years old now. But we were just out with them and started wondering.

The black and tan one looks like a near twin, lookswise to a neighbor's Rott/Lab mix. They found the mother who appeared to be a smallish purebred Rott, and a male black Lab living in an abandoned house next door to where my neighbor was working, and he ended up bringing it home, where she had three pups. The Lab went to my neighbor's daughter, who still has him. The pups are all still around here, last I knew. They are way bigger than 40 pounds though, 100 would be a better guess.

The brown is definitally Lab.

The black/tan looks like a Lab/Rottie/Something else mix.

They are cute.. I love the white muzzle on the black one. I don't think I could guess the breeds though.

Brown one looks like a poorly bred chocolate lab.

The black one looks like most rottie/lab mixes that I've seen. Definitely not pure black lab.
