OK, I'm doing my best since these are UK titles and I don't know for sure.

JW = Junior Warrant. http://www.the-kennel-club.org.uk/kennelclub/documents/junior_warrantform.pdf

SH CH = appears to be Show Champion. (Here in the US, they would just be CH).

Still looking for the other two, but from what I'm finding, they seem to be linked to gundogs, so maybe hunting titles (awards) and levels? (I just can't find definitions!)

Here in the US, they would just be CH

in the uk if a dog is a conformation champion then they wud have the title CH too, unless they were from a certain part of the UK, for instance, on my island if a dog is named a champion in conformation they are given a JSY CH which is a Jersey champion

I checked and found both CH and SH CH. On one, they said the dog earned its "Show Champion" title at a certain age, and they had SH CH at the beginning of the name, so I made the deduction that SH CH meant Show Champion. I honestly don't know what the difference is between the CH and SH CH, but there is one!

Interesting. It seemed odd that I saw the SH CH on dogs that didn't have any mention of working ability but only mentioned their conformation winnings. I wish I knew more about titles outside of the US.
