What are some of your favorite stocking stuffers?

I'm trying to come up with some ideas for stocking stuffers.

Do you have traditions? Like a new ornament each year?

We get them at the beginning of the Christmas season, not for a stocking stuffer. I have 22 ornaments lol. We started running out of tree a long time ago heh.

But other than that we don't do stockings. No place to hang them.

As impersonal as it sounds, little Christmas-themed lotto tickets! We all got one for years. We'd scratch them and then turn them in on the 27th if we won.

Hmmmmmm, I don't know if I can pick a favorite stocking item, they are all so much fun to pull out! I always got a stocking as a child-adult from my mother, and now my husband fills one for me

I will just list some random things I've gotten/usually get in my sock in hopes you can use some of the ideas!

Lotto tickets
hand lotions/various toiletries
jewelry
socks
paper back books
beef jerky (<-----OMG I love beef jerky)
pocket planners
make up
hair barrets/various hair ties
perfume
watch
sports paraphernalia (I like Steelers football)
Chocolates
little hand held video games (like poker, 20 questions, etc)
gift cards

Wow, I could keep listing but I don't want my post to grow too large, LOL. I just love the adventure of my sock early Christmas morning! It's just so many tiny little gifts showing how well the person who filled it knows you!

I just filled a medium size stocking with matchbox cars and other toys for the kids (nephews and nieces), and some candies and chocolates...

Ok, some of these things might sound a little kooky, but remember, it's just tiny/inexpensive gifts and a reflection of how well you know them ok? hehehe

Kevin's sock:

Canned air (for electronic stuff)
socks
cute undies eek: hehehe)
snicker bars
toiletries (favorite deodorants, lotions, etc)
peppermint patties
geek magazines rolled up and tied with bow
tiny tools for working on electronics/computers
random software
Music - sometimes it could be various songs I've burned onto a CD myself especially for him
I think one year I even put sexy undies for ME in HIS sock..........boy did THAT go over well! hehehehe
Baked his favorite cookies and bagged them in a christmas baggie

What type of work or hobbies does your hubby do? Anything in particular he really likes? You can find random objects to associate with that and run with it!

EDIT: OR.........what gift does he have under the tree from you or someone else you know of? You can get him little things to go with a bigger item too!
