This is horrible, one of my family members that owns some mini poodle-peke mixes also have a male rottweiler, this guy is all the day in the yard and as far as I know he doesn't go outside for walks.
The poodle mixes live inside the house and the rott in the yard.
However as they told us, one of the poodle mixes got out to the yard and no one noticed he went out.
Moments later the rottweiler killed the poodle mix making him into a pulp
This is not the first time they have lost a dog in a horrible accident, years ago they also had a female mini poodle, but one day they opened the door outside of the house and she ran to the street sadly a truck came in that moment and she got flattened like a pancake
Arg! this makes me so mad, I hope they could be more carefull, and if they can't keep an eye on small dogs they should stop owning them and maybe only have big ones (but working on their training)
