These are guidelines I have not heard on the news or any where else to date:
1. Do not vote on charisma or race-vote for character.
2. DO not vote for something because the TITLE sounds good. If you do then you do not know what you are really voting for. Read the measure or proposal or proposition to see what it really says and what it will really entail if it is passed, and THEN vote an informed vote.
3. DO not vote by the opinion's of the Media. They are only interested in what sells their air-time and most of the time only tell you a small portion of the story in order to arouse interest, not the whole truth.
And that is my voter's guide
