basically ive moved to a small villiage with only a butchers and small grocery shop. at the edge of the villiage is an air base and including that and the villiage there are a lot of pet owners in the area. now i know that supermarkets and big chain stores have better deals these days but the closest supermarket to here is about 20mins drive.
there are also 2 livery yards and a riding school in the villiage so i could cater to the horse owners too.
Had a look around today and there are 3 unused shop buildings here which would be great.
i wouldnt be looking into it untill after christmas but i really hope i can get it going

Go for it.

And I won't even mention the economic statistics either cause I'm in a good mood.

But if there's demand and you got the supply, then the pieces fall into place.
