can somebody remind me again why i thought it would be a good idea to get a border collie puppy??? :eek:

This breed is intelligent, responsive, and devoted to their master and work. The Border Collie is extremely sensitive and thrives on human interaction. They do need plenty of exercise though. What seems to be the problem?

the needing plenty of exercise part right now :p

well, that and he keeps flinging himself at my face. he thinks it's hilarious. i'm afraid he's going to put my eye out with that pointy snout.

Speaking from experience here. . .don't let this behavior continue. It's annoying, and hard hard to break if you let it continue. I thought it was "funny and cute" with Blaze, but it's not. It's annoying and very soon carries over to other things.

I let it continue and it was a mistake made that won't be made again. We're still having a tough time breaking it.

i'm not trying to let it continue but he's a determined little farthead. any tips on effectively discouraging it? it's annoying as hell.
