Spayed stich protruding

Savvy {8 month Sheltie} was spayed about 3 months ago and only recently we have noticed there is a dark stitch now protruding from her underside. I have never seen this on any other spayed dog nor was it on Savvy earlier.
Please comment ...

maybe not all of her stitches dissolved or made it out? Just stop at the vet and they'll likely just clip and remove it.

Yeah it might have not dissolved properly.. I would just run by the vet and they should take it out for you.

Those stitches take a while to dissolve, my dog was spayed a few months ago and I can still see/feel a little lump under her spay scar.

If it's actually poking through her skin then yeah, take her to the vet and they should remove it.

Izzie had one left after her spay and i just left it then 6 months later pulled at it a bit and it came right out. I'd check with your vet first though.
