EDIT: Although I've heard multiple times that people were put off by my arguments because I don't add enough smileys to my posts. So maybe that's the problem? I'll add more smileys to my posts from now on!

That's not exactly how you for alliances. You clearly didn't check your facts then, so I have no reason to believe anything you say without checking for myself.
Something I apologized to you for as soon as I found out. And I did check my facts, I just was not as thorough as I should have been. And I do apologize for that misunderstanding.

I do not expect anyone to take my word for anything, and have repeatedly stated that nobody should take ANYONE's opinion on the internet for a fact. If there was a legal conflict, saying "But RBark or Sael on Chaz forums said this was true!" would not protect anyone.
Nobody should decide what their legal rights are based on a forum. I've provided sources on where they can find this information for themselves repeatedly.

Yes you did apologize but you did not check your facts or it wouldn't have happened in the first place. You made an incorrect assumption. You also should have reported your post when you found out you were wrong and have a mod fix it. I waited a couple days to see if you would but I ended up having to report it myself.
I in no way see how RBark is a troll. If getting worked up and rude during a debate is trolling than we are a forum made up of a majority of trolls, because most if us have done it at one time or another. I also fail to see where RBark didn't support her arguments. Actually, many posters were amazing patient, considering that the same concept was being explained multiple times by multiple people and was still not seeming to be grasped.
I will say that I was someone who would have been for mandatory certification before whose mind has been changed by this thread--a lot of good points were brought up that I would not have considered before...
