I know a few of you low carb type people have some science based articles/research behind it, but I can't remember where I saw it. My part of the project is looking at the effects of carbs on developing diabetes and how we could change the food guide to lower the incidence of developing diabetes. I didn't pick the topic but whatever.
So help? I have no idea where to look.
