I have an 8 month spayed cockapoo. She goes 2-3 weeks without any piddle accidents, then she’ll have 4 in one day. Then back to weeks with no accidents.
There doesn’t seem to be a health issue. She was crate trained, but never liked her crate. I’m afraid if I go back to crate trying, that she’ll act out.

Sometimes it's as simple as there is something different where she goes outside. As simple as lawn ornaments that she is insulted that you put it there. It could be something , anything out of place and that is her way of telling you. Some dogs just don't like change , like a dog who sits in front of a kitchen stove and barks nonstop and it's a simple as someone hanging a new dishtowel on the stove handle , the dog just doesn't like it. I had a customer call me and said the dog ( 3yrs old) and all of sudden , refused to use the front door to go potty and went to go through the back door. So I ask if there were something new on the floor near the front door and he said only the kids back pack from school , this was in September at the beginning of school and she went back to the front door when Daddy picked up all of it.
So in other words your dog is a princess. OMO.
