Hi,

I am new to this site and don't know if there is any protocol for responding...also don't know "the best" place to buy these items, but I buy a powdered formula for my 2, 60 pound coonhound/lab mixes that are 5ish and 3ish yrs old, no known health issues.

I buy NaturVet Vitamin All-In-One Powder. I like it b/c it has basic vitamins, glucosamine and some probiotics. My boys look great, act great and the one that had some minor back leg/hip issues is doing much better now. And for taste- my picky boy that eats only high quality meat foods, and won't even look at treats or snacks or veggies or anything LOVES this powder! He goes ga-ga over it, crossing his eyes against his long nose to see into the bowl to eat it all up!

The link for where I buy it is: Discount Pet Meds | Pet Medications | Cheap petmeds online from Canada, however a link that describes the product better is: NaturVet , or more products by this brand: NaturVet

Not sure what is meant by blood builders...is your dog anemic? When I have had anemic animals in the past ( both cat and dog) I have given supplements with iron. I have used both Pet Tinic Pfizer Animal Health Cats Health Management and Liqui Tinic Liqui-Tinic 4X - Flavored Concentrated Nutritional Drops, Appropriate for Most Animals successfully. One has more iron than the other and not sure if there are other health problems with your dog, so be careful to read labels well and screen for things that may be in too high of quantity.

Also, fresh liver, but use with caution as you don't want to OD the iron and vit. A.

I linked the websites for reference only, have not ordered from these places. I have gotten the "tinics" via vet.

Good luck with your search and I apologize to the long timers here is I have stepped on any toes by posting. ;)
