Anyone with Pet Plan get a nice little package from them this week?
I went to the mail yesterday, and there was a big fat envelope from PetPlan................so I figured it was a new policy and forms etc for next year, I opened it up and there was an envelope for each of my dogs (printed envelope too- not a label) with a nice Christmas card, - not cheesy, and inside each was one of those edible Christmas cards (NOT the healthiest thing in the world LOL!). Also there was also a calander and a dog magazine. Was a nice suprise!!
I know on one hand we pay a lot for the insurance, and yes- we could buy our own edible cards.............however in this day and age I thought it was a REALLY nice little giftie, and a GREAT marketing, customer retention strategy
I mean I pay THOUSANDS more to my car ins. co, and what do we get from them................20 lousy address labels!!
Suprise # 2
I am reading the pet mag today, and there is a vet Q and A page, and the vets name in the column is the same as my dogs vets name, I am thinking thats a coincidence...........turns out it IS my vet..........!!!
He is now the staff vet for PetPlan
Well- it should make claims easier I hope, hahaha!!!!!!!!
