Other displays of pleasure and affection

Im just interested in what other ways that Doberman show affection or pleasure e.g. greetings to their owner other than jumping up and wanting to put their front paws on your sholders and licking your face.

Someone told me that they also do something called "Hand Holding"? Does anyone know what this is?
