My neighbor's cat is starving to death, but he(she) doesn't want to take it to the vet! This poor kitty!! last year she was beautiful, but now she is literally skin and bones. we've even seen blood in her urine.
Since it's not our cat, we can't do anything like take her to the vet. our neighbor is VERY territorial about the cat. in other words, he would probably be INCREDIBLY mad if he found out we were doing anything, BUT we can't stand to watch the poor kitty starve!
We've been feeding her bits of canned food at night, and now in the morning. secretly....
We are looking for any advice that might be out there.
