Molly is my pitbull mix. We rescued her when she was 5 1/2 months old. She is the friendliest dog I have ever known. The kitty in the pics is the neighbor's. She rescued it from a parking lot by trapping it. She rescued it, got it fixed and shots. The kitty loves being outdoors and loves coming over to our house when she sees us. The owner came by yesterday and said that the kitty hates the humans in their house and hisses at them all the time, but cuddles up with their german shepherd and doberman. The kitty comes over to our house all the time and lets us pet her and love on her all the time, so it is strange that she hates her owners. I told her that I have often wondered how Molly would do around a cat. The owner of the kitty said that if I wanted to introduce them that she was comfortable with that because she knows Molly is very well behaved and obeys command very well. So here is my sweet Molly meeting her first kitty friend, who my neighbor's daughter named Trouble.

The introduction......(you can't see him but my husband is actually behind Molly giving her commands be gentle)

After they met, they both decided to cuddle on the couch with my husband...

Molly is happy she has a new friend.

Molly was licking Trouble's feet even though you can't tell from this pic.

After about an hour visit, Trouble wanted back outside and we all went to bed.

I wish I had pics to share about the rest of the story but I don't. The next morning, the first thing Molly did was go look out the window for Trouble (she has seen her many times when Trouble comes to see us when we are outside). She sat at the window for 15 minutes looking for Trouble when Trouble finally showed up. We let her in the house and she came and curled up in my lap. Molly came and stood next to my chair with her head in my lap next to Trouble. They were face to face and Trouble started licking Molly's face. That prompted Molly to return her love for Trouble and licked her in the face which just covered Trouble in dog slobber. LOL! Trouble didn't mind. Then I guess Trouble wanted Molly to give her a little space so Trouble hissed at Molly. She gave Trouble a strange look, pulled her ears back, got a sad look on her face, tucked her tail, and tried to jump in my husband's lap. It looked like she got her feelings hurt. Trouble never swatted just hissed. I didn't expect Molly to react quite that way. I expected her to back off, but not go pout. LOL! She is a sweet and sensitive girl. I couldn't ask for a better dog. :)
