Miniature and Toy Dalmations

There are people who breed 'pocket beagles" who ctually have a dwarfism gene that makes them smaller. Perhaps this is simular?

From what I understand, and correct me if I am wrong, but dwarfism is BAD, i comes with alot of other desieses (sp?)

How easy are dalmatians to train ? do they bark a lot ? I check this site too and it had some useful information but I just want to be sure before i adopt. https://dalmatianpuppyplace.com mentioned it's possible to not encounter health issues ?
