It's sitting on a free domain I snagged last week. The domain (spectrumasssitancedogs.com) will not be used for its intended purpose for several years, so I figured I might as well put it to good use in the meantime

I'd post directions for the harness, but it was more of a "hmmm let's see if this works" kind of thing lol. I used a piece of yarn as the base, covered it in duct tape, wrapped that in fleece (for padding), and covered that in more duct tape. The D rings for the handle came from an old harness. The harness snaps behind the front leg with an overalls-type closure. The handle is made from a wooden dowel hot glued for stability and then covered in duct tape, with two carabiners taped on to attach to the harness. The one thing I'd change (and probably will eventually) is that the handle attaches a little too far forward and too low down for my taste. I think I'll just get some new D rings and attach them in a better spot without worrying about taking the old ones out. But alas, I'm out of duct tape at the moment :lol-sign:

YIPEE A BLOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stuart and I sit down and read it everyday. We LOVE it! It's kinda helped us deal with letting him go. Please keep it up, it's a wonderful gift to everyone. I love the way you share his personality too. I totally get it of course, having raised the bugger BTW he has a HIC (herding instinct certificate) on the end of his name
