I have a 10 wk old Beagle, who is wonderful with his sit/stay command. I do it before every meal (4 weeks now), and 90% of the time before we go outside, and several times while outside.
I would love to teach him to lay, roll over, and as another member mentioned to "play dead" after simulating a bang from a gun (my hand). I have tried to get him to lay, but I don't know how to get him to physically lay to reward him so he knows how to relate the command with the act. Any suggestions?
Also, do any of you have other tricks you have taught your dogs which would be fun?
