Lab mixes need a home in Charlotte NC area

I am posting this for someone I work with, this was the email she sent out:

"PLEASE help me find them homes - otherwise, it's Animal Control - which means they only have 5 days. We've bathed them, sprayed them for fleas and wormed them....but we can't keep them. They are currently in a kennel in my basement since I don't have a fence. I've lost count of the number of rescue groups that I've contacted, only to be turned down due to no room. Please check with every dog person you know to see if they need a puppy."

ETA: She found them in the middle of the road over the weekend.

Let me know if anyone out there can help. I may be able to help bring them to you depending on where you are located. I have the lady's phone #. I will call her with any leads.

That is so crazy I saw this posting. I live in Atlanta and I work for an animal pharm company and got the email through them and my friend who works for an ad agency got the email too. Good word of mouth, crazy...

I heard from someone who fosters Labs that these pups have found homes.
