I need something to do in my free time then always being on the computer, so I thought I'd try knitting. I don't have any knitting supplies or anything, so I'll need to get that and a simle "how to knit" book. I'd like to try and make hats or scarves.. something easy.

Anyone else knit?? Is it easy??

I've never been able to get the hang of knitting, but i do like to crochet. I used to do a bit of macrame when I was younger, but that's been years.

My teacher knits. My other teachers, particularly our cynical english teacher, loves to make fun of her. She's the crazy old lady that knits, he says. And he always jokes that when she is sent to jail(she's the last person that would end up in jail:p) that he'd sneak her in some knitting needles or whatever. Lol.
